Chef's Restaurant A Japanese chef, Keiji Shinohara, who worked at Constant and was chef at Maxim's for seven years, a rather elegant dining room in a low-voltage atmosphere, enough to provide a soothing moment with menus that are all hidden, which the restaurateur details as "starter, fish, meat, dessert".
