Original Restaurant This well-known place, which was once home to Lyon's Caro, continues to be a symbol of local life. A bouillon in the Lyonnais sense of the word, with a simple, convincing menu for tourists passing through: "traboule" egg and bacon salad, Bobosse andouillette or pike quenelle, pink praline crème brûlée.
