Situated on Place Dupuy opposite the Halle aux Grains (the kitchen stays open until 11pm on concert nights), this address was opened in early 2025 by two young associates not even in their thirties (Quentin Vigroux and Luca Fourcade) who wanted to make it a real place to live, a must in this lively, bobo-oriented district. In terms of cuisine, the focus is on traditional family recipes: pot au feu, pork loin, braised ham, beef bourguignon, soup... and, of course, blanquette. Appetizers include eggs mayo, frogs' legs, homemade dumplings and gougères. And finally, for dessert, a choice of four pastries from the excellent Fornara house next door, a very safe bet. The team is friendly and full of energy.
