Gourmet Restaurant It's a real treasure trove that lies beneath our feet, a remarkable, long, old-brick cellar from which emanates a cosy, romantic atmosphere. Lovers will enjoy Baptiste Perthuison's cuisine, which is fairly consensual but well executed, reflecting the spirit of the times and evolving with the seasons. The €38 menu is a good introduction, this time with arancini, sweet potato cream, oyster mushroom and garlic/thyme/rosemary emulsion, well-balanced and without heaviness, fish and mashed potatoes with preserved lemon, citrus siphon and pickled fennel, a ginger moelleux, grapefruit sorbet, matcha cream and white chocolate ganache, all of good freshness. To move upmarket, try the tasting menu at €49.
