This probity encourages you to visit the next size up, at €49 and four courses, for a complete experience: veal and crab tartare with mandarin and Espelette pepper sorbet, egg at 63° with parsnips and miso siphon, duck breast and smoked Jerusalem artichoke confit with balsamic reduction, before a dessert that combines flavors: Genoa bread with lemon and exotic fruit, coconut curry ice cream, creamy passion fruit ganache with white chocolate.
