In just a few years, it has become one of the best-loved and most symbolic spots in the Place Dupuy area of Toulouse. A Mediterranean rendezvous with a Spanish flavour, as the name suggests, starring the famous bomba rice that makes up the house's flagship dish, available in your choice of squid and octopus marca de seiche, or scallops parmesan with marca aioli and ink.. We surround this feast with the expected nibbles: croquetas, patatas bravas, mussels in nduja sauce, Pyrenean trout gravlax, ending with orange blossom mouhalabieh.
