The Mama Shelter system still works well, even in Toulouse, where you'll find all the elements of the Mama style: the ultra-pop hotel decor, the trendy, festive atmosphere, and contemporary brasserie cuisine, very well adapted to the Toulouse repertoire. For a change from the famous coquillettes au jambon, try the côte de cochon, frites et béarnaise, supreme de volaille et pommes grenailles, magret de canard de maison Samaran et pommes grenailles en persillade, parmentier de canard confit and profiteroles pralinées. Very lively atmosphere.
