Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's a good recipe for the brand name that's found in every major city, here in a beautiful, typical pink brick building on the boulevard. While retaining the hallmarks of a cuisine that's both modern and regressive, with salads, pastas and risottos, and the essential coquillettes with ham that could become a trademark, this copy adds a welcome local touch, with Toulouse sausage, coustellous confit and Samaran duck breast, served with its grenailles and parsley. A wide choice of classic desserts, and young, efficient service.
