Gourmet Restaurant Since opening in 2015, this address has earned a reputation for offering the best pasta in the pink city, and we're not far from agreeing with this impression. This, of course, contributes to the fiery atmosphere (we're dealing with not far from 100 covers), with a young, smiling, well-organized service. In this highly successful setting (Roman statues, green tones, velvet banquettes, splendid ceiling...), the plates are generous (stracciatella from Puglia, Neapolitan chifferi with truffles...), the sauces well made and the prices affordable. Terrace service in fine weather, good Italian wine list and great cocktails.
