Gault&Millau's review2026
To enter, you first have to ring the bell, like at the bank... or in Japan, before the hostess comes to open the door. The decor and world of Bissoh are clearly the Rising Sun and Burgundy vines, for some fifteen covers and a few seats at the counter, in front of the chef, who is busy with his bandana and black apron. The sashimi is decent, with an average soy sauce, the zucchini flower tempura a little out of season, the miso-fried eggplant, the salmon in sake grilled with binchotan, like the chashu pork, are a little below expectations, in an atmosphere of connoisseurs who swear by this address.
