Named Clos du Colombier in honor of this prestigious Pommard appellation vineyard that borders the estate’s gardens, this hotel—nestled in a former winemaker’s home—features some twenty rooms and suites that are as warm and inviting as they are comfortable—featuring king-size beds, fireplaces, thick carpets, and beautiful views of the gardens and vineyards. Also worth mentioning is the table d’hôte (by reservation only), which offers excellent local cuisine, and the spa, where you can recharge after a day spent in the surrounding vineyards—Pommard, Beaune, Corton, Volnay, or Meursault.
