Gault&Millau's review 2025

Named Clos du Colombier in homage to the prestigious Pommard appellation parcel adjoining the estate's gardens, this hotel nestled in a former winegrower's residence houses some twenty rooms and suites that are as warm as they are comfortable - XXL bedding, fireplaces, thick carpets and beautiful views over the gardens and vineyards. A special mention goes to the table d'hôte (by reservation only), which serves excellent local cuisine, and the spa, where you can recharge your batteries after a day spent in the surrounding vineyards - Pommard, Beaune, Corton, Volnay or Meursault.
