Gault&Millau's review 2025

Opposite the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne, in the emblematic town of Beaune, lies this new 4-star hotel of contemporary design, the fruit of a project led by Michel Halimi and actor Christophe Lambert. The IHG signature hotel boasts 74 luminous rooms, including suites and connecting rooms, a Gemology spa with heated pool, a gym and a gourmet restaurant: Monaka. At the helm is experienced chef Marie Daujat, who uses local produce in a creative score. Lovers of fine wines will appreciate the bar's 200-strong wine list, available in the large lounge. A refined new base for discovering Burgundy's vineyards or organizing an elegant seminar.
