Gourmet Restaurant The Loiseau brand, one of quality and pleasure with a strong "terroir" anchoring, is successfully expanding into the towns of Burgundy Franche-Comté. While prices are logically quite solid, we must acknowledge the effort made on the €38 lunch menu, admittedly lacking in choice, but always pleasant and well imagined, with asparagus velouté, hake back with nettle coulis and pommes grenailles, acacia flower fritters with acacia honey and vanilla ice cream. Of course, the menu is still very tempting, with traditional recipes such as pâté de caille en croûte, oeufs meurette, sole meunière, joue de boeuf charolais or vol-au-vent de grenouilles et écrevisses quenelle de veau sauce poulette au vin jaune. Large cellar with 32 wines available by the glass.
