Gourmet Restaurant On a busy street at the entrance to Beaune, Loiseau des vignes maintains the spirit of generous Burgundian cuisine, in a chic, welcoming brasserie format. The tone is conventional, with red velvet banquettes and contemporary lines in a space divided into two large rooms. The young service delivers classic dishes that are quite well done, such as pommes dauphines with epoisses cream and snails, milk-fed lamb ravioli, veal compression with artichoke peppers and good gnocchi à la romaine with goat's cheese and rosemary. The dessert cart features signature pastries such as Paris-Beaune. Small Burgundy cellar.
