Selected A trendy newcomer to the rue Mercière, this new wine and tapas bar brings a breath of fresh air to this touristy thoroughfare, which has tended more towards traditional bouchons. The decor is striking, in an arty style with a fresco by rapper Grems, and fusion plates that work well: grilled cheese, croque-monsieur with truffles, cod brandade, pork belly, pear tempura and brown mayonnaise. In the glass, craft beers and natural wines from Chez Séléné and Brasserie Sulauze.
