Gault&Millau's review 2026

One of the most reliable, fair-trade establishments on the popular Rue Mercière. In this corner brasserie, we fight with tens of cents against the competition, but without giving up on a certain quality of confection. On the slate, a good menu at €28.90, in tune with the times, without seeking terroir at any price: mousseline Dubarry crème de potiron, épaule de porc à la diable, mousseline d'églefin et risotto coulis de crabe, éclair vanille confiture de lait... And always a fine menu of bourgeois and Lyonnais cuisine (Bobosse andouillette, Trollier beef braised à la beaujolaise...) that takes the bill a little higher. Very good, professional, smiling service. Well-run cellar, with solid references.
