Gourmet Restaurant A lovely Lyonnais bistro, perfectly placed on the corner of the busiest part of the street. It's a must-visit, even indispensable in the landscape, for its modernized tradition and wide choice of Lyonnais and brasserie cuisine. The classics don't disappoint, and the prices are logical: mushroom fricassee with garlic creamy soft-boiled egg, Isère trout fillet with sorrel, homemade profiteroles that are a welcome change from the nonetheless excellent sabodet, quenelle and tête de veau. Cellar of good classics (Chave, Perrin, Combier...).
