This is an iconic address, listed in most foreign guidebooks for its typical Lyonnais character. Nothing is lacking in presentation, décor or atmosphere. The dining room, like the terrace in season, is full of happy ripailleurs who savor the classics, as well as the seasonal menu: poultry liver cake, pike quenelle with shellfish sauce, hot sausage from Sibilia, but also Mère Maury ravioles, snails, filet of Charolais with cream and morels, as well as the fantasies of the day (snacked octopus, scallop soufflé, veggie plate...).
