Sponsored Nestled at the foot of a 16th-century château, this establishment blends tradition and modernity. Vincent's cuisine is both gastronomic and generous in flavor, combining aesthetics and taste. To realize his creations, he skilfully combines modern and traditional techniques with molecular approaches. The Chef likes to work with products in their entirety, for a more sustainable seasonal menu that evolves every three weeks.
