Gourmet Restaurant This pocket address was opened in the summer of 2023, behind the Rumilly train station, by a young couple. Yann is in charge of the stoves, while Jessica is in charge of reception and service, in good spirits despite the crowds, and with great efficiency. The daily menu varies, as its name suggests (on this particular lunchtime menu, tuna tartare, duck breast and profiterole), and the results are quite encouraging in terms of repeat business, for example in the evening, when the young chef lets loose more in his Confiance menus from €39 to €50.
