Gault&Millau's review 2026

A cool bistro away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trade, and therefore for connoisseurs and insiders. Like a suburban house, only funnier, with "plartage" plates that are abundantly served in the region thanks to local production, an attractive lunch menu at around €30 (depending on the day), and plenty of suggestions and ideas to liven things up: Savoy trout bonbons, ginger wasabi peanuts, lamb confit with lemon, Puy green lentils, lime-mounted ganache, kiwi apple brunoise.
