Gourmet Restaurant One of Toulon's oldest restaurants, located next to the opera house since 1862. The house perpetuates its wise, sea-focused cuisine, with beautiful wild fish dishes in an elegant, subdued setting, with veranda, arcades and chandeliers, ideal for a candlelit dinner. À la carte: cuttlefish fricassee and pan-fried mushrooms in teriyaki sauce, octopus tentacle in persillade, pan-fried scallops, creamy sweet potato and lemon herb oil, roast pike-perch aiguillette and leek fondue, apple clafoutis. Well-stocked cellar.
