Nestled in a modernist building designed by architect Alfred Henry and listed as a 20th-century heritage site, this address embodies all the hallmarks of OKKO, the young hotel brand offering chic, design-led urban getaways. Entrusted to Studio Catoir, the restoration of the premises is largely inspired by the marine world, with communal spaces illuminated in shades of blue and light woods reminiscent of boat decks. With pale pink or water-green walls, the 98 rooms exude a more Zen atmosphere, with raw concrete, natural essences and Ligne Roset lighting fixtures, not to mention 100% eco-designed beds with exquisite linen and cotton sheets. On the first floor, the Club, open 24 hours a day, offers solid breakfasts and savory-sweet snacks, complemented by a gym and a rooftop ideal for a drink in the setting sun. A cool, comfortable and affordable address.
