A well-established hotel-restaurant, the kind of inn we love to stop at for a break, where we can enjoy a warm welcome and a delightful meal. Ludovic Kientz plays the host with passion, offering a rich and varied seasonal menu that showcases his masterful technique while staying true to his local roots: duck foie gras with apricot chutney, steamed trout fillet with lemongrass and ginger broth, piquillo pepper and mushroom arancini, roasted free-range guinea fowl breast, Parmesan potato quenelles, sautéed cabbage with country-style bacon, and a rich gravy… Well-crafted menus at fair prices.
