Remarkable Restaurant Probity, authenticity, accuracy, nothing has changed for Adeline Grattard, who is both modest and proud of the mixed culture she shares with her husband in their various businesses. This is the home of the restaurant, for all the die-hard fans, including us, who complain about the absence of a menu and the unique menu imposed by the chef, and who enjoy a memorable sequence at €170, which makes it a three-bowl restaurant in the right league. As the seasons change, you may come across oyster-mussel-watercress tartare, sea bream with sweet and sour lettuce and pickled onions, or guinea fowl dumpling in a girolles and tomatoes herb broth. Kind, discreet welcome, precise service, cellar of sure values.
