Chef's Restaurant In the gourmet Rue Bailleul, Élodie and Jean-François Piège's Clover Grill holds its own. Beautifully prepared cuts of meat, cooked to the exact point and of multiple varieties and origins: rib and entrecôte mainly, Ireland, Normandy, Bavaria, Angus from Aberdeen, Galicia, prime from Argentina... Choice of classic sauces: pepper, béarnaise, Roquefort... Big appetites start with marrow bone or squid carbonara, and finish with chocolate gratin or churros.
