Chef's Restaurant This Brioche institution has long been a meeting place for families, friends and business lunches. And the two toques are firmly anchored in the Rouxel brothers' home. Geoffrey, the chef, knows his land and his clientele, and his €51 menu is a fine synthesis that suits everyone, offering choice, local produce and expertise: scallop ceviche with orange fennel coulis, spider crab crumble with avocado and shellfish coulis with carrot sorbet, duck breast with beet mousseline, pommes confites façon tatin palet breton, caramel beurre salé coulant with vanilla apple sorbet. A classic, well-varied wine cellar, with Quentin Rouxel in charge of the dining room.
