In the kitchen, an updated tradition and a well-turned card menu at €49 offering the essentials of the house: creamy butternut spider crumble, snacked scallops with creamed spinach, creamed shrimp jus, poached pear with sweet spices, milky chocolate caramel chocolate sorbet diplomate. Good service, precise and discreet, classic cellar.
