Remarkable Restaurant It's a rare ode to the sea, a discreet address on the outskirts of town that is undoubtedly one of the region's finest seafood restaurants. Sophie Aumont's impeccable welcome and management, and chef Mathieu Aumont's generous, intense dishes, sublimate the pleasures of the coast in compositions that are well supported by flowers and plants. These include smoked, grilled and marinated mackerel fillets, radish and beet checkerboard, preserved lemons and fresh herb vinaigrette, roasted Guilvinec langoustines, carrots, lemony carrot juice, crispy heads and fresh herb oil, purple artichoke, artichoke cream, shellfish, fried artichoke, popcorn and garden chives, fish of the day with Paimpol coconuts, grilled pink onion, tomato confit and chutney, lemon variation, reduced juice, creamy, confit, grated, meringue and ice cream. Formulas from €60 to €190.
