Gault&Millau's review 2026

Set away from the city, this beautiful stone Manoir is a stylish refuge in a green environment. As solid as the building, the cuisine is reassuringly gourmet, in a classic, well-evolved style. While the €44 menu offers noble products, the €34 menu is a little simpler and just as inventive: with vegetable ravioli, breaded pig's trotters with horseradish condiment, pig pluma with red wine reduction and chocolate nems with speculoos caramel beurre salé and speculoos ice cream. Good welcome and service, classic cellar.
