Gourmet Restaurant A new addition just off the Trocadéro and Avenue Kléber. Francisco Merino, former chef of the Raphaël, has taken on the role of an independent chef in a place he has designed to be hushed and elegant. It's early days, and we should encourage him, because nothing is easy these days, even in the arrondissement. Small premises for around twenty diners, small kitchen, small offer of a few dishes repeated at lunchtime and in the evening, small cellar built with the means and knowledge at hand, and rather accessible prices for the moment, with the one-choice lunch formula (meat or fish) for €55: shrimp carpaccio with raspberry almond and Menton lemon vinaigrette, poultry supreme with beet and hibiscus juice for fashion, with corn kernels that seem to be there a little unexpectedly, amiable tiramisu...
