A bistro with a gouaille that's backed up by the right staging and entertainment. Paul Chêne's is a faithful gathering of old-timers and old-fashioned values, with frog legs, andouillette A, Dijon-style kidney and duck confit. Tables are close together, the wine list is classic and service is very attentive to regulars.
