Sponsored In just a few months, this recently opened restaurant, tea room and lounge bar in blue and gold, set away from the hustle and bustle of the waterside yet close to it, has become a must-visit address for Honfleur residents of all ages. And it's easy to see why: the decor is romantic; the atmosphere is familiar and reassuring; the service is attentive; and the delicacies are homemade, using organic fruit and vegetables and local fish. Served from morning to night, they're delicious. Sweet Muriel in the kitchen concocts truffled oeufs en cocotte, roasted camemberts, accompanied by charcuterie and grilled potatoes, or croques and burgers with local flavors. For dessert, our old-fashioned French toast with salted butter caramel and whipped cream is a must. At snack time, kids and moms alike flock to the healthy range of cakes, crêpes and cakes. In the evening, Les Demoiselles, created by the intrepid Émilie, transforms into a lounge bar where you can sip house cocktails. "We also organize private or themed evenings," she explains. In season, the establishment is open every day (until 1 a.m. Monday to Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays).
