Inaugurated in 2021, this latest addition to the Saint-Siméon Collection takes up the same philosophy: to offer unique addresses, respectful of the soul of the place, but rooted in the times. In the heart of Honfleur's historic district, the Saint-Delis is built around 3 buildings dating from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, which were the home and studio of painter Henri de Saint-Delis until his death in 1949. Perfectly restored, they house 9 rooms and suites decorated with noble materials and oak panelling, linen fabrics and marble in the bathrooms, each equipped with a shower-hammam. A Relais & Châteaux member, the hotel does not yet have a restaurant, but you can reserve a table at the Auberge de la Source or La Ferme Saint-Siméon, also members of the collection.
