Original Restaurant Renamed La Droguerie, the former Ecailleur (no doubt too restrictive a name) retains its principles of fashionable marine cuisine, using the "slash" to list ingredients and appreciating combinations that click a little. Prices have changed little, and the sequence is well executed: ratatouille, fried egg with anchovy cream, fish from the fish market, spinach, lobster granny cream and pumpkin seeds, choco-mousse and homemade granola.
