The former Bréard has become Tourbillon, the restaurant of the Léa group, which has thus found a setting better suited to its gourmet ambitions; the menu, however, remains accessible, featuring well-executed dishes based on current themes that appeal to everyone: sea bream ceviche with fish stock, coconut, and lemongrass; fillet of John Dory stuffed with eggplant caviar and served with orange-infused beurre blanc; fillet of Normandy beef with truffle-stuffed potato croquettes and a rich cocoa sauce… And for special occasions, the Tourbillon lobster with Madagascar vanilla sauce. Good selection of desserts; a classic wine list.
