A small toque of encouragement for this well-placed restaurant on the square, which, behind the bistro label, offers in a modern setting a rather elaborate cuisine, at around €60 and more à la carte, on today's themes: carpaccio of royal sea bream with wild asparagus, loin of pork with French peas, roasted apricots with rosemary, farmhouse cream with apricot coulis.
