Chef's Restaurant Proud of his Norman origins and ideally placed at the junction of the tourist circuit, Julien Lefebvre can take his guests on a stroll around the estuary. He knows the produce and the producers, and his menu is short and to the point, with a focus on the central ingredient: langoustine and asparagus, creamed arugula, avocado and cucumber with green asparagus ice cream, sole de petit bateau poached à la normande, bouchot mussels, baby onions and button mushrooms, red fruit dessert on Breton shortbread with blackcurrant sorbet and rum cloud. Well-composed menus (starting at €30 for lunch), service and amenities are upmarket, with Lauriane, the chef's wife and this year's second chef's hat.
