Gourmet Restaurant The house has come a long way since we discovered it three years ago. The two brothers, Charles in the kitchen and Tristan in the dining room, have taken it from strength to strength, always with distinction and discretion, to achieve the two toques with finesse and regularity. The evening menus are hidden, at €85 and €105 depending on the number of courses, but those who like to play it straight will find something to refuel with elegance at lunchtime: trout roe with cauliflower and capers, Ancenis poultry in croustade with chicken sauce, filet mignon with tuberous chervil and chard make up a fine €36 menu, which ends with a citrus butternut dessert. Interesting wine cellar in the region.
