One of the success stories of the Tour de Bretagne district, three minutes from Talensac. A simple, friendly bistro with personality and the ability to vary the content with fresh seasonal ingredients and ideas. A joyful mix of influences, flavors and aromas is offered at lunchtime in a €25 menu, and in the evening at €39: sweet potato ravioli with lemon verbena tomme, rabbit karaage with apple kimchi and smoked Treviso mayo, poached pear with hibiscus caramel dacquoise... The tone is young and committed, and the service well-involved.
