Gourmet Restaurant Just a stone's throw from the Talensac market, this is a modern-day bistro where good living is cultivated with healthy, well-chosen products, enhanced by a variety of flavors and preparations from elsewhere: squid vermicelli with watercress and green curry, marinated daikon and furikake, grilled onigiri with smoked beet and hazelnut, broccoli and nori, rack of pork with kaffir lime, fennel and chimichurri black garlic, in the good evening menu at €39, which can end with the house marshmallow with miso, peanut, kumquat and coriander. An insider's atmosphere, a good cellar, nature and discoveries.
