Gourmet Restaurant The pedestrianized street gives free rein to a relaxed clientele who like to shop in Talensac and have a good time in this lively dining room where the croque and the drink are so well chosen and crafted. Simple, tasteful dishes deserving of a chef's hat, from the €23 lunch menu to the well-detailed €35 evening menu, with a double choice for each item: raw cuttlefish and shiso tapioca and cuttlefish ink kimchi arugula, duck heart shiitake eggplant chimichurri, pear and saffron ginger black pepper almond... We can add cheeses from Maison Frometon and a few good gorgeons.
