Gault&Millau's review 2026

A neighborhood bistro that seems to have found its rhythm and its clientele. The former Bistrot à Gilles (and before that Les Capucines) has made a successful transition with Nicolas and Tristan, with a Market menu offering seasonal, produce-based cuisine with a certain simplicity: duck cromesquis with an Asian flavor, haddock fillet, Label Rouge rack of pork, banana coconut muffin. A Gourmet menu with more ambitious ingredients (scallops, foie gras, sea bass fillet, entrecôte) at €41.
