Gourmet Restaurant This "restaurant pâtissier" combines sweet and savory, plates and glasses, in a relaxed, refined atmosphere. At lunchtime, the €25 menu offers little choice, but dishes that are already well prepared, and in the evening, it's free style with an appetizing catalog from which to pick tapas-style without worrying about the order of tasting: roasted hazelnut shiitake with coffee sabayon, braised pork cheek with beet confit and grilled polenta in nori broth, wild garlic brick, mushroom crumble and gingerbread meringue with creamy celery dulce... In the cellar, an inspired selection of wines, by the glass or bottle, and suggestions for original pairings.
