Gourmet Restaurant There are always so many interesting ideas around this pastry restaurant, with its cool atmosphere conducive to unrestrained, unprejudiced tasting. Vegetable ingredients are the perfect companion in the design and preparation of our organic pumpkin praline with marrow seed and tagetes, our celery ham with grilled quinoa and scallop emulsion, and our parsnip cream and candy with peanut praline and pine sap ice cream. Lunch menu €25, wine by the glass, organic beer or house lemonade.
