Gourmet Restaurant On the doorstep of Place Viarme, a simple bistro of today. Maxime in the kitchen, Clément in the dining room, bring their youth and vision to a meticulous service and a cuisine that is constantly renewed. Seasonal produce and ideas, right from the €25 lunch menu, with Nantaise cauliflower ricotta with seaweed and aniseed foam, roasted parsnip fish in red wine sauce, hazelnut pear financier and popcorn ice cream. A good cellar of accompaniments, a small selection by the glass.
