Gault&Millau's review 2026

A modern eatery in the Viarme district, now firmly established, with its own regulars and habits. The menu is short and to the point, both for lunch and dinner, with sure-fire dishes in a well-rehearsed, contemporary sequence: smoked trout with vegetable tabbouleh and capers, scallops with kohlrabi and miso, fish of the day with potato and watercress, buckwheat apple and parsley... A pairing is suggested for each dish.
