Gault&Millau's review 2020

On the borders of Tourcoing and Roubaix, a house of surprising architecture, combining an almost ordinary house with a charming brick turret. Here, you can enjoy a rather bourgeois dining room and atmosphere, with a rather serious table setting, which introduces the sustained purpose of the house quite well. The focus is on fine products, such as skewered scallops with an emulsion of heirloom vegetables, fillet of sea bass in a potato shell with sage and rosemary cream, or classic crepes Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier. Fair prices.
