A good evolution for Abdelkader Belfatmi with this modern brasserie, where the emphasis is on simple pleasures. The menu is a success, with ceviche and vitello tonnato, Caesar salad and tartar and French fries, as well as some fine chef's dishes, such as veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms and vin jaune, and dame blanche for dessert.
