In this refined Japanese cuisine restaurant, the tuna is from the Mediterranean, the wagyu beef comes from Japan's Kobe prefecture, and the vast majority of ingredients are Label Rouge certified. The Restaurant du Japon's credo: take the time to enjoy a culinary experience unlike any other in Carcassonne. An establishment with a hushed ambience and entirely focused on your comfort that has been a great success, since 2017. With its own quality charter, it boasts home-cooked cuisine, with cold creations (nigiri, maki...) and hot ones, such as beef tenderloin yakitori, ramen, etc. The plates are aesthetically pleasing, accompanied by a fine wine list, Champagnes and premium Japanese spirits (saké, whiskies, gins, rums...). This demand for quality and the intimate size of the restaurant encourage customers to make reservations. Do as they do!
