Original Restaurant A fine career explains the success of this local restaurant, where you can enjoy traditional, well-crafted cuisine. Chef Maxence Rousseau has worked with the likes of Marc Meneau, Paul Bocuse and Pierre Orsi, and demonstrates a fine technique with classics such as green Puy lentil salad and duck breast, octopus and risotto, beef pavé with morel mushroom sauce, lamb mouse and chestnut fondant.
