Gault&Millau's review 2025

While we await the reopening of the Relais & Châteaux establishment (3 vast rooms in the medieval château de Couffour, a 3-toque gastro), announced for April 2023, chef Serge Vieira's second establishment, Sodade, is open. The 4-star hotel, located in the heart of Chaudes-Aigues, features 18 spacious rooms with a refined design, as well as a fine bistronomic restaurant.
