On the edge of the Gers, this pretty old-fashioned stone house, with its almost Basque architecture and long roof, offers a moment of relaxation at the foot of the Château de Gramont. The dishes are simple, in the traditional South-West style, such as classic foie gras, daube or duck breast. Fair prices.
