Not far from Moissac, this splendid 19th-century manor house has been wonderfully renovated by Anne-Marie Morgadès, and offers a delightful stay in the South-West, with charming rooms and delicious food. Soberly decorated, in a country and southern style, the table defends a market flavor well focused on local heritage, with for example escalopes of duck foie gras, chasselas and verjuice from Moissac, ballotine of guinea fowl, fine stuffing and seasonal vegetables, beef filet and seasonal vegetables.
