Chef's Restaurant In the medieval bastide town of Puymirol, Michel Trama's restaurant annex offers generous, comforting local cuisine. The egg with wine sauce, the melt-in-the-mouth pork belly and, above all, the fries, voted French Fry of the Year by Gault&Millau in 2024, shine with their unique crispness. And without hesitation, they deserve to retain their title in 2025. In the dining room, the atmosphere is warm, almost theatrical, with painted beams, mysterious jars, decorative hens and a strong medieval spirit. The smiling, friendly and sometimes slightly offbeat service adds personality to the place. At €47, this table offers a real moment of pleasure, in a charming setting, supported by the generosity of a house firmly rooted in its terroir.
