Gourmet Restaurant It's a delightful little town, and the elegant Bastard establishment, just a stone's throw from the proud cathedral, radiates that old-fashioned provincial hotel charm that's easy to succumb to, even for a few nights. In the restaurant, in the large, slightly outdated lounges with their high coffered ceilings and century-old parquet floors, you'll enjoy cuisine that's certainly not at the cutting edge of modernity, but sincere and meticulous: smoked salmon stuffed with mango and ginger tarama, fillet of bass, white asparagus and spinach chiffonnade, strawberries, strawberry and basil chiboust cream meringue and rhubarb sorbet for a refreshing seasonal dessert. Efficient, professional service.
