Gourmet Restaurant Cyril Simon has transformed his Auberge de Bardigues into a village café, continuing a long-established tradition of conviviality. At the Iris Café, we do what we did before, but even more so: we call our neighbors, we bring the village to life, we eat simply with the €20 menu of the day, a bowl or a burger, and we share a good time with the kids as an extended family.
