Gourmet Restaurant After almost forty years at the helm, Georges Bermond has handed over the reins to his second-in-command, Alexandre Bravi. For the past two years, Bravi has been perpetuating a traditional cuisine, faithful to his habits and his clientele. Continuity is a good thing, with dishes like foie gras marbré, eggplant and shellfish millefeuille, pot-au-feu de la mer, veal tournedos and jus corsé, and chocolate profiteroles.
