In the heart of the Episcopal city, between the covered market and the Sainte-Cécile cathedral, this restaurant offers a décor that invites you to travel, between tree-lined frescoes and ceramic touches. The meal begins with crispy shrimp cigars accompanied by soba noodles, slightly marked by an excess of salt in the soy sauce, a Japanese-influenced starter. The rest is more local, with cabbage stuffed with manchons confits, served with a welcome refreshing salad. The dessert, in the spirit of a lemon meringue tart, combines Breton shortbread with a well-balanced lemon cream, bringing freshness and acidity. The whole is pleasant, supported by smiling service. The wine list remains limited, however, despite the sound advice of an apprentice sommelier.
