A good market table in the pedestrian center of town, where you can enjoy a revisited regional dish. Although the house has changed hands, now under the direction of Thibault Ruas, the tone remains the same: affordable prices and well-executed ideas, with a terrace in town for fine weather. On the menu, pan-seared foie gras escalopes, pears deglazed with fire vinegar, fresh salad and bread chips, cod with green curry, celery risotto and vegetable pressé, south-western duck confit roasted in verjuice, chocolate mousse, chickpea juice, tonka bean, plum compote and cat's tongue.
